You’ll find Billion Onsen & Aesthetics tucked away in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, offering services such as spa treatments, aesthetic procedures, and an onsen from their aesthetically pleasing space. It’s conveniently located near prominent landmarks in the city including Suria KLCC, which is just a 10-minute drive away.
Unlike regular spas, the spot welcomes patrons to use their plush onsen no matter the time of day.

While the Billion Onsen Access package is on the pricier side, at RM180 per pax, it includes 12-hour access to four pools in the onsen – you can also watch a movie on a projector while soaking away.
Each pool is specially crafted to provide different benefits to your body, which we’ve broken down below.

If you have sore muscles, start with a soothing dip in the Magnesium Salt Pool. The magnesium salt in the pool is said to help ease muscle tension and soreness, while also detoxing toxins from the body and calming the nervous system. This pool will have your back – quite literally – whether you’ve just had an especially stressful day or an intense workout session.
Likewise, the Herbal Pool has a touch of natural herbs to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety levels, and soothe the skin.

The Silky Pool is just as it sounds. Its water is infused with silk proteins that’s said to promote silky-smooth and hydrated skin, and help with the appearance of fine lines.
If you’re feeling brave, a dip in the Cold Plunge for a recommended 1-5 minutes will have you feeling fully energised and ready to take on the world. The icy-cold bath is widely believed to improve blood circulation, decrease inflammation and swellings, and boost body alertness and mental clarity.

Every session at Billion Onsen & Aesthetics will begin with a complimentary cup of tea, and bathrobes, plush towels, and all the essentials provided so all you need to do is show up. After your session, you can head to the sauna to dry off and enjoy a selection of treats included in the package.
There’ll be club sandwiches, crispy fried chicken, tong yuen, and a refreshing assortment of fruits to further replenish your energy.

The Lady Spa Package (RM650), for starters, is 120 minutes of pure indulgence. It starts with a 60-minute full-body massage, followed by a rejuvenating HydroFacial and a soak in the onsen. Other package options, with similar inclusions and an equally catered experience, include the Gentleman Spa Package (RM650) for 120 minutes and the Couple Escape (RM1,100) for 150 minutes.
If you’re here just for a massage, Billion Spa & Aesthetics has a team of expert therapists carrying out 60- and 90-minute sessions for Hot Stone (RM350), Traditional Thai (RM300), and Tui Na (RM300) massages.
