Bunga 2026 in Genting Highlands
Ask any KL folk if they have been to Genting Highlands, and chances are the answer is yes. Surrounded by lush greenery and cool breezy weather, this must-visit spot is about to bloom into a floral wonderland. Happening from 3rd till 7th June 2026, the BUNGA Festival will make its grand debut at Resorts World Awana.
Here is everything you need to know before pencilling this festival into your calendar.
What is the Bunga festival?
Taking place at Awana Village in Resorts World Awana, BUNGA 2026 is set to become Malaysia’s highest flower festival and the resort’s very first international orchid and floral event, with participants from Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand joining the celebration.

For five days, visitors can immerse themselves in a colourful showcase of orchids and floral beauty from across the region.
Orchid lovers can expect to feast their eyes on stunning species such as the elegant Phalaenopsis and vibrant Cattleya orchids, alongside displays presented by passionate home growers and collectors showing off their prized blooms.

Beyond the orchids, there will also be floral exhibitions, educational workshops, orchid competitions, and pop-up booths for visitors to explore.
One unique highlight to keep an eye out for is the auction featuring award-winning orchids, which is definitely not something you come across every day.

BUNGA 2026 will run daily from 10am till 8pm at Awana Village, T2 Exhibition Hall. General admission tickets are priced at RM30/person, while combo tickets with entry to Eufloria Gardens and Sculpture Park are sold at RM60/person.
Inside Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park, visitors can explore over 30,000 blooming flowers at any one time with seasonal displays that change throughout the year. There are also styled garden spaces and the hibiscus-inspired centrepiece for photos.

Senior citizen tickets are priced at RM2/person and are available via walk-in purchase only. All tickets also come with RM10 worth of food and beverage credits redeemable during the festival.
For those planning a little mountain staycation, room packages are also available across selected Genting hotels, including Resorts World Awana, with festival tickets included.
