Whether you’re a kid or a grownup, we can all agree that candies are more than just indulgent sweet treats. They are visually appealing treats that come in all shapes and sizes. So imagine them as blown-up sculptures in rainbow-pastel rooms – think the Sugar Rush world from Wreck-It Ralph IRL. 

That’s what you’ll get with a visit to the Candyland Carnival exhibition, open from now till 21st January 2024. Located at Tropicana Gardens Mall in Petaling Jaya, the candy-themed event is the largest of its kind in Malaysia, featuring carnival-inspired candy installations and plenty of photo ops.

Nestled on Level 3A at Tropicana Gardens Mall, Candyland Carnival awaits all those with a sweet tooth looking to indulge in a visual sugar rush. Hailed as the largest candy exhibition in Malaysia, the event boasts carnival-inspired rooms that feature an array of candies ranging from the chewy to melt-in-your-mouth goodies.

Visitors can expect to feast their eyes on an explosion of colours and textures in the form of gigantic lollipops, candy canes and the like. In one room, you can board a candy-inspired train with macaron-shaped seats and candy cane handrails.

There are five enchanting zones, each featuring gigantic candies and confectioneries that will be a sight to behold. Begin your adventure in Candy Ville, where charming candy canes neatly arranged eagerly await your arrival.

Not to spoil the surprise, the other captivating zones – Candy Lumiere, Winter Village, Maker Factory, and Carnival Zone – all boast equally gorgeous displays of candies for you to imagine you’ve stepped foot into Vanellope’s world in Wreck-It Ralph.

Needless to say, there will be plenty of photo ops here, so be sure to bring along a fully-charged phone.

Besides the visually stunning candy installations, this carnival also offers a variety of exciting dessert-themed activities that the little ones will surely enjoy, particularly the human claw machine and ring toss, as well as the Sensory Tram Ride and Archway to Game Area.


Early bird tickets now available


Those planning to visit this carnival soon can enjoy early bird tickets priced at RM47/pax, available from now until further notice. If you’re coming with the fam, be sure to take advantage of the special family package (RM200 for 4pax), or opt for a Season Pass (RM240) for unlimited entries. Regular admission tickets are priced at RM70/pax.
