Genting Dream Cruise’s 10th anniversary
Life by the ocean is already a vibe, but it gets even better when you take it out to sea on a cruise. If you’ve been thinking about it, the Genting Dream Cruise deserves a spot on your radar. In celebration of its 10th anniversary, the cruise is stepping things up with brand-new shows and special appearances, turning this milestone into a full-blown celebration at sea.
Here’s everything you need to know about the cruise, which departs from Port Klang and Singapore:

Operated by Resorts World Cruises, Genting Dream has been a key player in Asia’s cruise scene for the past decade. The ship itself spans over 18 decks and is designed to feel like a full-blown resort at sea, not just a way to get from one destination to another.
There is no shortage of things to do once you step onboard, and for its 10th anniversary, the cruise is stepping things up with a fresh lineup of experiences.
What to expect on Genting Dream Cruise
One of the biggest highlights on Genting Dream Cruise is the introduction of new entertainment acts and collaborations. Expect shows like Forever Broadway, launching in June 2026, that are showcased in collaboration with Broadway Asia International.
There’ll also be special appearances and themed experiences featuring international names such as K-pop group KIIRAS, fitness personality Amotti from Physical 100, and celebrity chef Tommie Lee, also known as French Papa and local-favourite Datuk Chef Wan.
If you are the adventurous type, then head to the waterslide park, which has six different slides ranging from chill to slightly terrifying. For those feeling bold, the rope course and 35-metre zipline let you glide above the ocean for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
The grown-ups can chill out at the Zouk Beach Club, where the party happens with lively poolside sessions that feel like a mini festival at sea.
At the Zodiac Theatre, guests will be treated to full-scale productions with acrobatics and dance for a wholesome entertainment spree on sea.
Food is another highlight on board.
For a more elevated dining experience, Umi Uma serves Japanese cuisine, including teppanyaki and Korean barbecue-style options. Guests can enjoy a buffet of selections such as nigiri, sushi, and sashimi.
The Blue Lagoon offers a more casual food court concept with a mix of Asian and international comfort food. Options of dishes include Seafood Hor Fun, Gobi Manchurian, and Minced Beef Dry Noodles with Beef Ball.
