This ritual takes place inside a cave-inspired scrub room that’s softly lit, beautifully minimal, and slightly steamy in the most cinematic way. It feels intimate yet elegant, like stepping into a hidden wellness chamber designed purely for indulgence.
The experience unfolds like this:
Upon your arrival at Kantik by GOYO, you are welcomed with a choice of drink, such as Honey Citron or Sunchoke Tea, to awaken your senses gently. Before the treatment begins, you’re given comfortable shorts, a disposable bandeau-style wrap to cover the chest, and plush towels.

After you’ve changed, you step into the cave room where the treatment begins with an application of their signature Korean black soap, which is worked thoroughly across the body. You’re then left to relax and surrender to the warm steam for about 15 minutes, allowing the heat to soften the skin and loosen dead cells.
Then comes the fun part: exfoliation. Using a traditional Korean mitt, your assigned therapist methodically buffs away layers of dead skin. It is incredibly satisfying, and yes, you can actually see the results almost immediately. Dull skin rolls away to reveal supple, brighter skin beneath.

Following a quick rinse, the experience concludes with a soothing massage that melts away any lingering tension. By the end, your skin feels unbelievably soft and polished, almost glass-like to the touch.
The price for the Kantik Body Scrub (60 minutes) is RM495, while the Premium Body Scrub (90 minutes), with the additions of an aroma oil treatment and moisturising finish, comes in at RM630.

The 75-minute session begins with a detailed scalp analysis, which assesses whether your scalp is dry, sensitive, or congested. It is both fascinating and slightly humbling, but incredibly helpful in understanding what your hair and scalp actually need.

The treatment then moves into an aromatherapy inhalation ritual to set a tranquil tone before the hands-on techniques begin: a gentle scalp scaling and deep cleanse to remove buildup and refresh the roots.
This is far from a quick wash-and-go experience. Expect a luxurious scalp, neck, and shoulder massage, followed by steam therapy and even a hand massage that slowly eases away tension you did not realise you were even holding.
To finish, your hair is shampooed and blow-dried so you step back into the world feeling polished rather than post-spa dishevelled.
