LRT3 to begin operations in September 2025
Many more of us are now relying on public transportation for our daily commutes due to its increased convenience. Come September 2025, those in Selangor can look forward to even more travel stops on the LRT, as the Light Rail Transit Line 3 (LRT3) begins operations on the 30th of the month.
Almost 99% completion
The LRT3 line, officially known as the LRT Shah Alam Line, was initially slated to operate in March 2025, and later the third quarter of 2025. As reported by Bernama, Transport Minister Anthony Loke gave an update on the project in a written response to a parliamentary query. He revealed that the LRT3 now has an expected launch date: 30th September.
