Pusat Sains Negara Reopens With Free Entry Till 7th Oct, Explore Interactive Zones & An Aquarium Tunnel

Pusat Sains Negara reopens with free entry for a week

Most KL folks will be familiar with Pusat Sains Negara as that origami-like, rainbow-coloured domed building that sits on a hill at Bukit Kiara. Take a step inside, and you’ll find interactive zones and informative displays on science and technology spread across three floors of exhibit space.

After almost seven months of temporary closure for maintenance works, Pusat Sains Negara is finally open again to the public as of 1st October 2025. To celebrate their reopening, the science centre is welcoming visitors again with no ticket fees required for a week.

After being closed for a spell to undergo renovations, this hub of scientific discovery has reopened since 1st October. To celebrate their reopening, they are welcoming visitors back with no admission fees required to explore upgraded interactive science zones, learning activities, and rest spaces.

While the Dinosaur Encounter has now closed at the science centre, the young’uns and grown-ups can still marvel at the aquarium tunnel here, which is home to tropical freshwater fish. It’s dubbed Malaysia’s first freshwater fish tunnel aquarium.
