Think of juicy smashburgers and creamy custard shakes, and Shake Shack will likely come to mind. The burger joint from New York City has a global fanbase who can’t get enough of their flavour-packed classics, including diehards in Malaysia.
Now, there’s another spot to get their Angus beef burgers and frozen custard shakes in KL: Shake Shack at Pavilion KL, located on Level 1 in the mall’s Gourmet Emporium.
The new flagship outlet opens on 28th November 2025, along with a new French gourmet menu and 100 free ShackBurgers.
The French gourmet line-up
Anything French carries a touch of elegance, and the exclusive French Gourmet lineup at Shake Shack in Pavilion KL leans confidently into that spirit.
What sets the menu apart is its indulgent take on the humble burger: the French Bistro Chicken, with juicy and crisp chicken, and the French Bistro Burger, a Gruyère cheeseburger. Both are built around a rich Béarnaise sauce crafted with mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, creme fraiche, tarragon, shallots, and a bright squeeze of lemon.
Leaning fully into its Paris-inspired identity, the menu adds luxurious touches such as herb butter made with parsley and the wonderfully nutty melt of Swiss cheese.
Even the French Bistro Fries receive the same French treatment with a dusting of Parmesan cheese and a generous side of Béarnaise sauce. To round it all off, there’s the French Bistro Chicken Bites, with the same dipping sauce, that’ll satisfy both the grown-ups and the young’uns.
Exclusive concretes at the Pavilion KL outlet
The sweet side of the exclusive menu at Shake Shack’s flagship outlet at Pavilion KL is just as exciting.
While staple favourites like the chocolate-drenched Shack Attack remain a showstopper, this outlet debuts two exclusive Concrete creations named Coco Bakar and Zest In The City.
Coco Bakar is a playful blend of vanilla frozen custard, chocolate chunks, and gula melaka that tastes rich, aromatic, and wonderfully indulgent. It brings a chocolate lover’s depth with the gentle lift of silky smooth vanilla.
Meanwhile, Zest In The City brings its own bright personality to the menu, offering a refreshing local twist that feels light, lively, and easy on the taste buds.
For beverages, the Lemon Meringue Shake delivers creamy richness with a teasing hint of zest, while the Hibiscus 50/50 offers a refreshing balance that cleanses the palate after all the indulgence.
Free ShakeBurgers for burgers at Shake Shack’s opening at Pavilion KL
With the French Gourmet menu added to classic Shake Shack favourites, the new outlet will easily become a must-visit for burger lovers and loyal fans of the brand.
