Puppuccino for your furkids at Starbucks
Pet owners can agree that we would bring our furkids out with us everywhere if we could. But to stay respectful of our neighbours and ground rules at public spaces, doggie dates outside the comforts of our home are often left for pet-friendly spots. A place that’s recently become popular is a Starbucks outlet in Jaya One – which has been turning heads online for serving “Puppuccino” cups for only RM7 for pet owners to have coffee dates with their furry friends.
Whipped cream in a cup for your doggos
Puppuccino is an off-the-menu item of Starbucks outlets across the globe that’s been garnering attention of pet owners who often make a trip to the well-known coffee shop for a pick-me-up.
While its adorable name is a play on “pup” and “cappuccino”, this “drink” for doggos is pet-friendly, as it is just low-fat, sugar-free whipped cream that’s served in an adorable espresso-size cup for your pups to lick up, making coffee dates with your furkids at Starbucks now possible.

Several Malaysian pet owners have taken to their Instagram pages dedicated to their dogs to share their furkids experiencing their “first Starbucks cup” in adorable snaps of them, including users @shiba.maro and @sushi_thecorgi__.

According to BarkPost, these Puppuccinos made specially for your doggos are typically safe to consume as it’s straight-up whipped cream served in a plastic cup. However, if your dog has health issues – or if you’re worried about sweetness levels in whipped cream – it’s recommended that you consult with a veterinarian first.
