Stranger Things fans can explore iconic sets at Good Vibes Festival 2019
If you were left an emotional wreck after watching season 3 of Stranger Things, you can leave your grief behind and remember only the good times by exploring Hawkins, the fictional town from the show, at Good Vibes Festival 2019 in Genting Highlands.
Netflix has prepared a special installation for fans where they will be recreating iconic sets from all 3 seasons at the festival. Visitors can expect to be transported back in time to the 1980s — the era the show was set in.

Here are some iconic sets you’ll see during Good Vibes Festival 2019 at The Ranch, Gohtong Jaya.
The Byers’ living room from Season 1

Fans will be all too familiar with the scene where Will was trapped in the Upside Down and could only communicate to his frantic mom Joyce through Christmas lights she hung on the wall.Â
This spot would be the perfect Instagram opportunity for a group of friends, what with the iconic background and a comfy sofa for everyone to squeeze into. Don’t forget the painted black letters though, as they give an eerie sense to the whole room that’s only fitting for a show like Stranger Things.Â
The Palace Arcade from Season 2

The local arcade that Mike and the gang frequented to when they’re not playing Dungeons & Dragons will also be at the festival.Â
If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at old-school arcade games, this is your chance! You’ll find games like Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and even Dig Dug. If you remember, Dustin had the highest score on Dig Dug before it was beaten by the new girl in town, Max Mayfield.Â

4th of July fireworks from Season 3

Fireworks lit up the sky of Hawkins during the 4th of July Celebration and it also played a crucial role in the events leading up to the final episode. Instead of Hawkins, it’ll be the Kuala Lumpur skyline that’s going to be lit up with fireworks. There’s going to be a breathtaking photo wall for you to take some pictures with as you geek out to the series.Â
The Demogorgon makes an appearance
Strike a pose next to this scary monster if you have the guts. You won’t have to worry about being dragged into the Upside Down here!Â
