Head over to Del’cs in Taman Paramount to join their 2-hour flower bouquet workshop, where you’ll get to create your own flower arrangement from scratch.
The workshop is priced at RM180 for one pax and RM350 for two pax, which is inclusive of two flower bouquets and a cup of Rose Matcha. It’s also beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance provided by the staff.
Available time slots are 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm, and 4.30pm-6.30pm, with all materials provided.

2. Eat bagels & decorate Polaroids at Lilian’s Cake House

After selling out their previous sessions, Lilian’s Cake House is back with another special Valentine’s Day workshop. Expect exclusive Valentine’s drinks, cakes, and bagels, plus a hands-on foil-embossed photo workshop to decorate a vintage Polaroid keepsake.
Dates are able to enjoy this intimate setting, where you can work together to decorate your own personalised photo frame.

3. Chill out to jazz at Off The Track 2.4

If your idea of a romantic day involves live music and chill vibes, check out Off The Track 2.4, an indie backyard concert featuring Malaysian artists who will perform jazz, bossa nova, and pop R&B tracks.
Happening from 3pm-7pm, this event pairs good music with food and ice cream, perfect for your date, friends or solo. Tickets can be purchased online at RM75 per pax, or an entrance fee of RM7,999 will be “collected” from individuals who walk in – but we’re going to assume that this is not recommended.

4. Decorate bombolonis & mingle at Sugar & I

Spending Valentine’s alone doesn’t have to be boring. The Stranger’s Club is hosting a Bomboloni-decorating workshop this Valentine’s Day to help you meet new people while having fun.
Held at Sugar and I at LaLaport BBCC, the sessions run from 2pm-4pm and 5pm-7pm. At RM70 per pax, you’ll get to decorate your own bombolini, enjoy a drink, and maybe even meet someone special.

5. Eat heart-shaped pizzas at Monkey Coffee Cup

If you’re not into workshops or concerts, you can keep it simple with a cute Valentine’s Day meal at Monkey Coffee Cup. Couples can enjoy a heart-shaped pizza paired with tiramisu cake and a Polaroid picture with a spend of over RM150 at the cafe, all exclusive for Valentine’s Day only.

6. Bake & decorate bento cakes at The Weekend Workshop

This bento cake workshop at The Weekend Workshop is for the food-loving couples and besties. It’ll be a day of baking and decorating your own mini cake from scratch, and then bringing it home to celebrate the day with it.
The 60-minute session, priced at RM50, includes all cake ingredients so you can experiment with different colours and designs to create a personalised cake.

7. Shop for goods at a Valentine’s Day market in The Campus

If you are wondering where to bring your date, check out Ampang’s The Campus and the Valentine’s Market, hosted by Makers & Co. The space will be filled with booths helmed by local creators. From personalised caricatures and handcrafted crochet pieces, to sweet treats like cakes and desserts, there will be something to shop for yourself or your loved one.
