1. RE:UP Market

Come for a thrift find, leave with a new local act on your playlist. RE:UP Market is back at BOX Cafe in SS15 for an afternoon that stretches well into the night, with secondhand shopping, coffee, live music and plenty of reasons to linger.
While you browse, catch performances by Nizar Hashim, Yewchii, Buckson, Ian Iman, Cipan TKS and more. Brown P and friends will be on DJ duty too. Whether you’re hunting for something to wear or just want to see what’s happening in the local scene, this is one market you can take your time at.

2. House of Kudrat

The boys of Kudrat 1968: High Council are stepping out of their schoolyard and into IOI City Mall this Sunday. House of Kudrat brings Abbas, Kuda, Piji and Mazli together at the Astro Experience Store for a fan gathering and meet-and-greet session .Fans are encouraged to turn up in school attire, bring banners and rally for their favourite character.
Whether they’re backing Abbas, cheering for Kuda and Piji, or showing up for Mazli’s unmistakable hair and northern accent, this is a chance for the Kudrat crowd to make some noise together beyond the screen. The meet-and-greet is first come, first served, so fans hoping to meet the cast should arrive early.

3. Headers x Doplohtiga Cars & Coffee

Sunday morning plans for people who like their coffee with a side of cars: Headers and Doplohtiga Space are hosting a Cars & Coffee gathering at Longhaus KL as part of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive.
Bring your favourite ride, dress for the occasion and spend the morning checking out other cars over a cuppa. Kopi Kayenne will provide complimentary coffee for participants, available on a first come, first served basis. The gathering starts at 9am, so even the early wake-up comes with a reward.

4. Ana Tomy’s 10th anniversary

A journal that has followed someone through years of plans, sketches and half-finished thoughts deserves a little celebration of its own. For Ana Tomy’s 10th anniversary, they are inviting customers to bring their old journals back to its space at The Zhongshan Building and show how they’ve held up.
Returning customers can take their book through a four-station trail: have a photo taken with it, choose an exclusive 2027 first page, and customize a limited edition bookmark ruler charm. The final stop involves posting an Instagram Story to complete the stamp card and claim an anniversary masking tape, while stocks last. Returning customers get the goodies for free.
It’s open to first-timers too. New visitors can buy and build a Wirebound 2.0 journal at the counter, choosing a cover and inserts before taking it through the anniversary activities. Entry is free and walk-in only.

5. Anime Fest+

The cosplay outfits, artist prints and merch wish lists are coming out for Anime Fest+ 2026/2 at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur. Organised by Comic Fiesta, the two-day event brings anime, comics and games fans together across its exhibition halls, art and cosplay markets, and stages. Expect plenty to browse between performances.
The guest line-up includes singers Nami Tamaki and Ai Higuchi, voice actor Yume Miyamoto, and guest cosplayers Natsume, Eroko Chiba and Taruki. There are pose-off and skit cosplay competitions too. Stage access is first come, first served and subject to capacity. Tickets are available on Ticket2U and at the venue during the event.

6. Grounded: A Flow Session

A slow Sunday morning can still begin with a little movement. Grounded: A Flow Session is a free, hour-long session at Mika Coffee led by Carbie and Jerry of Alterkinetics, with time to stretch, breathe and ease into the day alongside other participants.
This round brings foam rollers into the mix. The session will move through rolling, releasing and stretching, with no experience or impressive flexibility required. Bring your own yoga mat and foam roller, then stick around afterwards for coffee and a chat at Mika Coffee. It’s a gentle way to start Sunday with some time for yourself. 7. Bar Stresso at Kolektif Kucing

Bánh mì and cats are sharing the spotlight at Kolektif Kucing this weekend. The cat space is teaming up with Bar Stresso for a two-day pop-up, with a special menu available to order and a chance to meet Cinnamon Bun in person. Friday runs into the evening, while Saturday starts at 11am for anyone who’d rather make lunch plans.
The space is small, so visits are booked in time slots and dining is limited to 60 minutes per booking. There’s a RM10 entry fee, which goes towards caring for Kolektif Kucing’s cats; food from Bar Stresso is purchased separately. Walk-ins aren’t accepted, so book your visit through Luma before heading over.

8. Perfect Love Match: The Blind Conversation

First dates usually come with a quick glance, an outfit assessment and a dozen assumptions before anyone has said hello. Sinar Daily’s Perfect Love Match: The Blind Conversation takes those first impressions out of the equation. Participants get five minutes to talk to a stranger without seeing their face, leaving the conversation to do all the work.
The idea is to find out whether a connection can begin with honest questions and a good chat, without a dating profile or photo in sight. Some conversations might end when the five minutes are up; others could be the start of something. The event runs across both days at Karangkraf HQ in Shah Alam.

9. Wild Vessel Floral Workshop

Set aside a couple of hours on Sunday to make something with your hands. Wild Vessel is hosting a floral workshop at House of GUNG in Bangsar, where participants will put together their own arrangement and take home a bowl to display it in.
There are two sessions to choose from: a morning workshop from 10am to 12pm, or a late afternoon one from 4pm to 6pm. It’s a lovely way to spend time among flowers, experiment with how they look together and leave with a piece made entirely your own. The bowl gives the arrangement a place to live once you get it home, too.

10. SHOKZ presents The Opening Miles

Kuala Lumpur Race Weekend begins with an early morning run at Bean Brothers at The LINC KL. SHOKZ presents The Opening Miles brings runners together for a warm-up, a group photo and a 7.15am flag-off, before everyone returns to the SHOKZ Race Village at around 8am.
Guest registration opens at 6.45am, giving participants time to get settled before the 7am warm-up. The run is hosted by BNWRC and Beyond Running, so anyone joining should head to the Race Village at Bean Brothers rather than arriving just in time for the flag-off.
