Redeem free tickets to Zoo Negara on your birthday month
A trip to the zoo just got a whole lot more enticing in 2026. Zoo Negara is generously giving away free tickets to all Malaysians of all ages on their birthdays.
How to redeem free birthday tickets?

In an Instagram post, Zoo Negara has shared some conditions when it comes to redeeming free birthday tickets.
The free birthday tickets are only offered to Malaysian citizens who possess a MyKad or MyKid. As for when to redeem the tickets, you can claim the tickets on your birthday itself or up to 30 days after your birthday. In other words, visitors cannot claim the free tickets before their birthdays.

Tickets can only be redeemed through walk-in at the ticket counter.
Upon redeeming the free ticket at the counter, visitors will have to scan a QR code and fill in a short form through Google Forms. Do note that visitors are required to show proof of identification, and the zoo only accepts original copies of MyKad, MyKid identification card, or birth certificate.
