CHAGEE x Sanrio has merch for a limited time
We already adore Hello Kitty. But then there’s Tanned Hello Kitty that’s sun-kissed, equally adorable, and pretty hard to come by. The bronzed version of the Sanrio character is more commonly found in parts of Japan and Hawaii.
But come 12th December 2025, you can get your hands on plushies of the suntanned character without a flight or digging through the internet involved, as CHAGEE teams up with Sanrio to launch drinks and merch of Tanned Hello Kitty on Friday.

Swop your regular order at CHAGEE with their latest limited-time beverage: the Cocoa Oolong Milk Tea (from RM14.90). The drink is made from premium Oolong from Wuyi Mountain and rich cocoa from Côte d’Ivoire. It’s the kind of warm, velvety drink that’s perfect for the holidays.

As the drink launches under the CHAGEE x Hello Kitty collection, it is served in a limited-edition cup that melds Hello Kitty’s silhouette with CHAGEE’s iconic cup pattern, and paired with an exclusive matching thermal bag.
A glammed, Tanned Hello Kitty also graces the front of the cup and thermal bag, all dolled up with her sunnies and a black-and-white dress.

Besides the beverage, CHAGEE introduces a lineup of Hello Kitty-inspired merch, available at all CHAGEE outlets nationwide. The collection includes the Snuggle Snap, Cuddle Sling, Plushie Charm, and Mini Charm. Yup, there are plushies.

How to get Tanned Hello Kitty merch at CHAGEE?
You can snag the limited-edition merch as a freebie or as a purchase with the drink, during specific time periods.
From 12th December, you can purchase the following and get the merch:
- Two large Cocoa Oolong Milk Teas, to get a complimentary Snuggle Snap
- A large Cocoa Oolong Milk Tea, and a Cuddle Sling for RM46.90
And from 19th December:
- Two large Cocoa Oolong Milk Teas, and a Plushie Charm for RM52.90
