Cha Soba (Japanese green tea soup) is a Japanese dish that uses soba noodles infused with green tea. However, you will find it served a little differently at this teahouse.
Chawan Tea whips up springy noodles topped with sausages, fuchok, an egg and lettuce, to pair with a pot of fragrant black tea that you pour into the bowl.
