Digimon Adventure Anime 25th Anniversary Exhibition
The adventure never truly ends for Digimon devotees. While the original Digimon Adventure anime may have technically wrapped up, the faces of the original anime are still very much alive and kicking at the Digimon Adventure Anime 25th Anniversary Exhibition.
The first-ever exhibition for the Digital World of the Digimon and the DigiDestined celebrates over two decades of the monster-collecting franchise, and it’s now open in Kuala Lumpur at INCUBASE Arena from now till 23rd March 2026.

Under the theme Return to the Digital World, the Digimon Adventure Anime 25th Anniversary Exhibition focuses on the face of the franchise, the original anime. It chronicles the history of the iconic series, from its debut in 1999 following the release of virtual pets called Digital Monsters, to becoming a global phenomenon.
At the exhibition in Malaysia, multiple generations of Digimon devotees can see their favourite batch of monsters thrive through displays of the DigiDestined and the Digimon.
There’s a good number of original production artefacts that played crucial roles in the Digital World – or universe of the Digimon – including prototypes of Digivices and a replica of Izumi Kōshirō’s laptop.
If you’re curious about the work that goes into illustrating a Digimon, there are early sketches and conceptual artwork that shaped the series on display. Another glass case showcases some of the most recognisable Digimon and their Digivolution – or evolution from Baby to Ultimate stages.
As no exhibition visit is complete without photos, fans can snap selfies with life-sized displays of beloved Digimon, Agumon and Omegamon.

Otherwise, there are iconic scene recreations from the anime, too, including the tear-jerking finale scene with Mimi’s hat and the first meeting between Taichi and Koromon in Digimon Adventure that you can take photos at.
Exhibition visitors can also complete a stamp rally to claim a free exhibition poster, and snag even more Digimon merch at a retail shop that carries plush key charms, cushions, and more.
How much are tickets to the exhibition?
