2. FireFit Studios

When it comes to high-intensity workouts, FireFit Studios is often praised by their patrons for their spin classes with intense sprints and challenging climbs that are led by hardcore trainers.
They have three studios in Klang Valley – Avenue K, Batai Village, and Plaza Mont Kiara – for beginner and pros looking for a spin class that’ll challenge their cardio endurance and stamina.

Choose from seven power workouts that’ll have you lifting, boxing, running, and riding during your workout session.
The Ride HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) incorporates 30 minutes of climbing, sprinting and extreme terrain on 8 tracks to pumping music, along with 15 minutes of functional training that focuses on building your body, core, and leg strength.
You’ll wrap up the class with a round of yoga stretches.

3. Journey Indoor Cycling Studio

For busy bees who prefer to sweat it out in the comfort of their own homes, Journey Indoor Cycling Studio has physical and online spin classes. If you’re opting for a virtual session (RM15), you’ll be joining a live class via Zoom.
There are three types of 45-minute rhythmic indoor cycling classes – Embark, Rise, and Peak – for different types of fitness levels. Embark is a slower-paced spin class recommended for beginners, while Peak is a full-body workout session for more experienced riders.

If you’re opting for a physical session, their studio is just a 4-minute walk from MRT Semantan. There’s only one Ride Room, but it’s fully equipped with a sound system and neon lights. The room also houses up to 30 bikes, but not to fret about being left behind, as the instructors here are super helpful and will make sure you’re able to keep up – or not slack off.
Special cleated cycling shoes are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own socks and water bottles. There are water dispensers for you to stay hydrated, as well as locker and shower facilities.
First-timers can opt for the Studio First-Timer package, which includes three sessions for RM99 and a 14-day validity period. Those looking to commit to a routine can opt for the Studio 10 (RM500) package instead – it comes with 10 shareable credits, so you and your bestie can book a session together.

4. FlyProject

FlyProject has been around since 2016, offering a variety of classes that let you switch up your workout routine: cycling, boxing, circuit, yoga, and pilates. They also have 6 aesthetically-pleasing and easily-accessible studios in Klang Valley where friendly instructors host spin classes – including DC Mall, Publika, The Curve, and Intermark Mall.
