The Little Prince: The Immersive Journey in Malaysia
You’ve likely seen it, or some aspect of it, before – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s Le Petit Prince, the beloved children’s book that follows an aviator who meets a small, blonde-haired prince after crashing into a desert.
Even if you’re unfamiliar with it, the imaginative world that it presents will charm you when you hear all about it. Or better yet, see it in person and experience it with heart.
We found just the thing for bookworms and those who are curious – The Little Prince: The Immersive Journey, an exhibition that opens in Malaysia from now till 21st March 2025. With several zones that recreate scenes from the pages of The Little Prince, you can be mesmerised by a night sky filled with glittering stars, and more.
An imaginative world come to life
Kuala Lumpur’s Fahrenheit88 plays host to The Little Prince: The Immersive Journey for three months. The multisensory exhibition takes up a good portion of the mall’s 3rd floor, with several interactive zones recreating the fanciful world of Le Petit Prince in full-scale.

To fully enjoy the showcase, come ready to bring out your inner child and let your imagination go beyond the stars.
The exhibition has figured out how to translate the book’s imaginative world into real life for visitors, with zones like a colouring corner to colour a sheep and watch it come to life on a screen and a garden of rosebushes that bloom when interacted with.

What you can expect at The Little Prince: The Immersive Journey
The first zone acts like an introduction to the novel.
Visitors will first see a larger-than-life, interactive The Little Prince book with digital pages that flip with motion. In the same area, chairs are placed in front of a screen, inviting visitors to sit down and learn more about the prince, his planet B612 and its surroundings, and his important lessons on life.
The next encounter is also interactive. Step in front of the different planets that the prince visits in the novel, and the screen will display more information about each adult that inhabits it, like the untraveled Geographer and the Businessman who tries to profit from the vast stars.
If you fell in love with the novel because of its memorable dialogue, you’ll have fun spotting quotes from the novel decorating the walls. There’s also a screening zone towards the end of the exhibition to watch beloved illustrations and quotes from the book in animated form, with bean bags to lounge on and star-shaped pillows to cuddle.

There’s no shortage of photo corners at the exhibition either. Whether you’re sinking yourself in a pool of silver balloons to feel like you’re journeying among the stars or cuddling up next to a huge recreation of the novel’s enchanting fox, you’ll have plenty of snaps to upload on your socials once you’re done exploring the whole space.
A merchandise shop, carrying adorable The Little Prince-themed items like enamel pins, postcards, and tote bags, will conclude your time at the exhibition.
