Despite the flood waters reaching up to their chest, and almost to the roof of the house, the pair courageously braved the murky waters to pull the cats from the window to the safety of the boat. Although only two cats were initially spotted, the video showed at least five cats in total rescued from the house.

The video briefly showed one of men feeding the cats with pet kibble while the other guided the boat, after both successfully ensured that no one was left behind in the flash flood.
