Big Bad Wolf Books sale at Sunway Pyramid
The formidable wolf has ceased demolishing the three pigs’ cottages and has embarked on a new endeavour: a massive book sale. That’s Big Bad Wolf Books for you. Malaysia’s largest book fair is returning to the Klang Valley this December after an edition in Kota Kinabalu, with a fair at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre and over 3 million books for bookworms to shop.
What is Big Bad Wolf Books?
Big Bad Wolf Books was initiated by the founders of Malaysian book retailer BookXcess as a large-scale book fair. Since the book fair’s inception in 2009, it has sold over 50 million books in over 49 cities in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

The travelling book fair is known for its massive discounts on a large collection of books, with up to 95% off all of its books. Bookworms, hobbyists, and everyone in between can shop from a vast array of topics and genres, from sci-fi and thrillers to literature and children’s books, as well as business and cookbooks.
The fair will be around at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre from 19th December 2025 to 4th January 2026. It opens till 2am too, so even those with a 9-5 can schedule a visit to the fair to browse for books.

Among its inventory of 3 million books at a single fair, the large-scale book fair will carry popular titles from beloved series like Harry Potter, must-reads including Atomic Habits, and newer releases like The Hunger Games’ Sunrise On The Reaping.
The book fair will also feature titles from well-known authors like Osamu Dazai, Mitch Albom, Colleen Hoover, and Andrew Carnegie. Expect prices for books to start from RM4.99, based on past Big Bad Wolf Books fairs.
