Quayside Mall opens in Kota Kemuning
There seems to be a flurry of new retail openings in the Klang Valley lately, from the much-anticipated first UNIQLO roadside store at DA Square, to KL East Mall in Taman Melawati. The latest one to grace the list is in the west side of Klang Valley, all the way in Shah Alam – Quayside Mall in Kota Kemuning. The mall recently opened its doors to the public 2 days ago on 19th December.
New Quayside Mall has a lake with flamingo paddle boats
Quayside Mall brands itself as a vibrant, energetic, and avant-garde space, and it’s clear that it’s no ordinary neighbourhood mall where you’ll just drop by, grab what you need, and go. This is because Quayside Mall is built and designed specially for weekend leisure activities with friends and family.

One of their main and hard-to-miss features is no doubt, their 7.17 acre lake – equivalent to the size of around 5 football fields. The lake is surrounded by an open green landscape and adorned with dozens of quirky, larger-than-life pink flamingo statues and decor.

They even have flamingo paddle boats perfect for couples to hop on, go on a relaxing row, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
