(G)I-DLE pop-up store in Malaysia
Malaysian (G)I-DLE fans, or Neverland, will no longer have to feel FOMO. A pop-up store to celebrate the K-pop group’s latest album is now open in our country, after it dropped by neighbouring Singapore and Thailand. Located at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, the pop-up in Malaysia boasts a collection of merch to snag, photo zones to take selfies at, and even a photo booth to redeem exclusive photocards.

A galore of merch & photo corners
If you still have Queencard stuck in your head, you’re not the only one.
Whether a newly minted Neverland or a longstanding stan since Latata, (G)I-DLE fans will be thrilled to know that a pop-up for the popular K-pop girl group is now open in Malaysia.
The pop-up will be around from now till 5th May, spanning 1,500sqft of space. It can be found inside the Play Line Friends store on the 1st Floor of 1 Utama – similar to the previous NewJeans pop-up. If you have trouble locating the store, just look out for the HOOGA outlet at the mall.
Else, you can spot a striking photo wall featuring all five members at the entrance of the pop-up – we reckon it makes a good spot to do a TikTok dance challenge to Super Lady too.
This isn’t the only ‘Grammable zone for fans, as there’s also a mirror “ball” inside the pop-up where you can snap mirror selfies with your bestie. Take a closer look at it, and you’ll spot the members’ signatures in white ink decorating it. Other photo zones here include metallic-silver balloons, which reminded us of the backdrop for (G)I-DLE’s 2nd full album concept photos.
Besides the photo corners, the best part of the pop-up is the photo booth. You can pick your bias on the screen and strike your best pose with So Yeon, YUQI, Minnie, Shu Hua, or Mi-Yeon, as they’ll be positioned right next to you in the photo.
You’ll get two photo strips for RM40 to show off to your Neverland friends.
(G)I-DLE merch to purchase at the pop-up store
At the pop-up in Malaysia, we spotted (G)-IDLE Super Lady-themed concept photos on badges (RM40) and sticker packs (RM80). There were also apparel – T-shirts, caps, and hoodies – that features their latest album’s logo. For those who collect photocards of the members, you’ll want to snag the hologram mini poster & photo card set (RM50).
As a reward for fans, the pop-up is giving away a free photocard of the five members when you shop a minimum of RM300 in a single receipt. There are four versions including a special holographic series to collect. To make your purchase even more worthwhile, you can also snag a free signed poster of a member when you spend a minimum of RM500 in a receipt.
To claim the photocards, all you have to do is just turn the lever on a vending machine and it’ll dispense a gashapon with a member photocard.

Just like YUQI sang in Super Lady – “Luxury that sounds like a million dollars” – you can check out (G)I-DLE’s upcoming pop-up store with fellow Neverlands to feel like a million dollars when you get your hands on merch of the group. You’ll get to claim freebies too when you shop.
