The Cheesecake Factory at Legasea Bakery

It’s not hard to find a good slice of cheesecake, with the plethora of cafes and bakeries in Klang Valley selling cheesecakes bringing their A game. Now you can add to that list The Cheesecake Factory, a famous household name from California, which is now selling a variety of its signature cheesecakes at Legasea Bakery.

Foodies will know that cheesecakes from this famed US brand has been available since 2nd April 2020, when it opened its online website to take orders for home deliveries. But on 7th January 2021, they officially opened their physical store in Sunway Pyramid, so you can swing by and take a look at their over-20 flavours of cheesecakes before deciding if you want to bring any slices home.

Now available in stores at Sunway Pyramid

If you’re unfamiliar with The Cheesecake Factory, it is an American restaurant that has been baking cheesecakes since its first store opened in 1978 – a whopping 41 years ago – in Beverly Hills. Since then, they have become so popular that they’ve expanded overseas, opening branches in cities all over the world, such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Dubai.

While Malaysia will not have our own The Cheesecake Factory outlet with their full menu of savoury mains and desserts, you can now find their cheesecakes at Legasea Bakery’s kiosk in Sunway Pyramid. The cakes are all imported from the US, so we can all be rest assured that they are the real deal.

Unique flavours of cheesecakes (from RM18.90/slice) include the Key Lime Pie, made with tart key limes, and Reese’s Peanut Butter – rich chocolate cheesecake with crumbled Reese’s peanut butter cups.

Chocolate lovers will be spoilt for choices too, with 6 chocolate cheesecakes to choose from, including their decadent Godiva Double Chocolate Cheesecake (RM 286.80 for a whole cake with 14 slices).
