Kuala Lumpur is no stranger to cool pop-up restaurants. If you’re lucky, something otherworldly comes along that completely reshapes what a dinner night looks and feels like.Â
That’s 90D, the latest dining experience in the city that blends food, art, sound, and light into one mesmerising night. Running from 1st April till 2nd August 2026 at Conlay by E&O in KL, this multi-sensory dining experience is carefully curated to feel equally theatrical, cinematic, and delicious.

A dining experience that’s only around for 90 days
Created by Singapore creatives Kent Chua and William Lee, 90D is a dining experience that runs for only 90 nights. It takes place at Level 50 of Conlay by E&O in KL

Dining here is far from ordinary, so expect something lavish and undeniably boujee. For starters, diners can expect to spend around 3 hours being guided through a multi-sensory journey of lights, flavours, and immersive storytelling. Adding to the whimsical artistry, an 8-course menu awaits, prepared by chef Tor Aik Toraik Chua, inspired by his experience at globally renowned restaurants including Noma and the 3 Michelin-starred Zén Singapore.
What makes dinner here even more special is that the lighting shifts with each course, while rhythm and sound evolve alongside the flavours.

Taking centre stage is the monumental Big Bang light installation, designed by Malaysian light artist Jun Ong, which anchors the entire experience and signals transitions between each chapter of the meal.
As guests wine and dine throughout the evening, the Big Bang installation comes alive with bursts of illumination, pulsing colours, and subtle transitions that shape how diners perceive each dish, making the interplay between art and food a beautiful sensory experience all in one.

There are two main dining experience options available: the signature pairing with alcoholic beverages and the tempered experience with non-alcoholic pairings. Prices start from RM688/pax, with the full signature pairing priced at RM798/pax.
As for seating, this dining experience differs from traditional restaurants. Here, intimacy is key, with a dinner party-style setting that seats around 60 guests at a time along a long communal table.
Whether you are coming alone or with a date, expect to leave with laughter, conversation, and strangers-turned-friends by the end of the night.
What to expect from the 90D experience
While food plays a key role in the experience, dining here goes beyond simply tasting dishes. It is a curated performance where each course is paired with sound, lighting and mood changes to heighten the experience.

Guests can savour seasonal ingredients presented in creative and sometimes unconventional ways. Word on the street also suggests that some dishes are served without cutlery to enhance tactile interaction, while others arrive alongside shifting lighting effects that transform the room’s atmosphere.
As for what the 8-course menu features, it is intentionally kept under wraps to maintain the element of surprise. However, sources have hinted at a playful welcome drink featuring popping candy that crackles as the lift ascends to Level 50.

Additionally, guests can expect a seafood course, followed by a wagyu main and a vegetarian alternative for those preferring a meat-free option. To wrap up the experience, there are also hints of a spiced dessert towards the end of the evening, so guests leave with a lingering taste as they head home.
How to book a spot?
90D runs from Wednesday to Sunday evenings, starting from 7pm through to midnight. If you are planning to secure a seat, guests are encouraged to join the waitlist via 90D’s website before receiving booking confirmation.
