Jannabi is coming to Malaysia this August
Cue the nostalgia, cue the tears.
Indie giant of South Korea Jannabi will bring their 1st Asia Tour: Sweat & Stardust to Malaysia on 21st August 2026, much to the delight of us Malaysian fans, as this tour stop marks the band’s first ever concert in the country.

Jannabi’s first concert in Malaysia

Chances are, you’ve crashed out on a rainy night over a couple of Jannabi’s achingly poignant songs – because we sure have.
There’s no need to imagine what it would be like to listen to the indie-rock band’s live, as the announcement of their first Asia tour, titled Sweat & Stardust, has been confirmed. And we thank the concert lords that Malaysia is included in the tour list.

Consisting of lead vocalist and frontman Choi Jung Hoon and guitarist Kim Do Hyung, the duo will perform live at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 21st August, marking their very first time bringing a full concert to our lands.

The city stops announced for the Asia tour to 7 global regions in Southeast Asia so far, with the complete list of concert dates and venues as below:
- Taipei, Taiwan: 37th June at TICC
- Hong Kong: 11th July at AXA Dreamland
- Tokyo, Japan: 23rd July at Zepp Haneda
- Singapore: 13th August at Capitol Theatre
- Bangkok, Thailand: 16th August at SiamPic Hall
- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: 21st August at Zepp KL
Fans can look forward to Jannabi performing their beloved melancholic hits, including the masterpiece for lovers who hesitate, the heart-wrenching A thought on an autumn night, and the bittersweet dream, books, power, and walls.

Ticket sales for Jannabi’s Sweat & Stardust Asia Tour in KL will go on sale on 12 June from 12pm onwards, and can be purchased over at Book My Show’s website.
The prices for tickets are categorised into six groups – here’s a breakdown of them:
- Box Suite (8 pax per box): RM598 per pax
- C3 (Seated): RM368
- C2 (Seated): RM468
- C1 (Standing): RM568
- VIP (Standing): RM688
