Ed Sheeran announces concert in Malaysia
If you have Ed Sheeran’s hits – Shape Of You and Perfect, just to name a few – on repeat on your Spotify playlist, you’ll be glad to know that the English singer-songwriter is making his way to Malaysia for a concert in 2024. The concert, which takes place at Bukit Jalil National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on 24th February 2024, is part of Sheeran’s ‘+ – = ÷ x’ tour.
Ticket prices for the KL concert are yet to be released, but general tickets will go on sale from 12pm on Friday (27th October) via GoLive Asia’s website.
Kuala Lumpur one of Ed Sheeran’s Asia stops
Also dubbed The Mathematics Tour, Ed Sheeran’s ‘+ – = ÷ x’ tour is heading to Asia in 2024. This marks his first tour in Asia since 2019. The Asia leg of his tour will kick off in Japan in January and end in India in March, following his European and US shows.

To the delight of Malaysian fans – or Sheerios – he’ll be making a stop in Kuala Lumpur at Bukit Jalil National Stadium on 24th February, with special guest and fellow English singer-songwriter Calum Scott. Scott is best known for his hits Dancing On My Own and You Are The Reason.
The full dates for his Asia tour in 2024 are:

- 31st January, Tokyo, Tokyo Dome
- 3rd February, Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung National Stadium
- 10th February, Bangkok, Rajamangala Stadium
- 16th February, Singapore, National Stadium
- 24th February, Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil National Stadium
- 2nd March, Jakarta, Gelora Bung Karno Stadium
- 9th March, Manilla, SMDC Festival Grounds
- 16th March, Mumbai, Mahalaxmi Race Course
Tickets for Ed Sheeran to go on sale from 27th Oct
Presale tickets for Ed Sheeran’s concert in Kuala Lumpur will take place between 10am on Wednesday (25th October) till 9.59am on Friday (27th October) for UOB Cardmembers.
General sale will start on Friday (27th October) from 12pm.
All tickets will go on sale on the concert’s official authorised ticketing partner, GoLive Asia. The Kuala Lumpur concert’s seat map is yet to be released, but tickets will be available here – so you’ll want to bookmark it.
Each transaction is also limited to six tickets only.
Sheeran announces Malaysia concert in KL on 24th February 2024
With Sheeran’s last show in Asia in the pre-pandemic days, fans will no doubt be pleased to know that he’ll finally be making a return – with Kuala Lumpur as a stop too. So, Sheerios will want to start saving up for tickets, which will go on sale next week.
