Interstate travel is still not allowed, and interdistrict travel between areas under the MCO will not be allowed as well.

Nonetheless, Ramadan bazaars will be allowed to operate and closures will be up to the state government. Likewise, all businesses will only be allowed to operate from 6AM to 10PM once again.

SOPs for Hari Raya also announced

With Hari Raya around the corner, Ismail Sabri also announced several SOPs for the festivities this year.

Open houses are not allowed, but visitations will be permitted on the first day of Hari Raya in districts under the MCO, but with a capacity limit of 15 people. However, this is subject to the size of the house as physical distancing must be carried out.

Individuals are also advised to scan guests’ temperature and take down information for contact tracing.

Those in CMCO and RMCO states are allowed to welcome guests for the first 3 days of the festivities, with a 20 person limit on guests for those under CMCO, and 25 for RMCO states.

EMCO states are not allowed to have guests and will have to celebrate with members of the same household only.

Solat, or prayers, are also allowed in all areas except states and districts under the EMCO.
